That trip to Spain/Europe was quite a doozy. I got back on Wednesday. So it’s been a good 4-5 days. But I’m still feeling jet lagged! I have been getting a ton of sleep. Saw that new James Cameron movie yesterday as well. But my main focus has been one of the best crash diets I’ve seen in in awhile.
What does it involve? Lets say its far more advanced than any “apple” diet. Damn I can’t believe I was stupid enough to fall for that trick back in college. Just eat protein shakes and eat apples for the negative calories (supposedly they had this because it takes the body calories to break down the dietary fiber.) I tried it during Winter break (roughly four weeks). I probably did it well for 2 weeks. Then I started giving in by the 3rd. My family eats out quite frequently at restaurants so those were the nail in the coffin.
Maybe I should stick to weight watchers haha.
Anyways it’s all good here. I’m trying to cut down on white rice (much easier said than done.) Hope all is good with everyone out there. Happy 2010!
